This week the farm table is filled with goodies for the crafty-stationary enthusiast. The weather in Dallas is so gloomy so I choose bright, poppy colors inspired by an adorable “Labels & Stickers” book by Cath Kidston. A variety of notions, Memento paper goods, and useful little objects such as the mini clothes pins by Cavallini & Co. also fill the table. Happy Tuesday!

This weeks table selections were based on natural elements- flowers and fruit. The combination of pinks and purples with pops of citrus green really made for a bright and refreshing summer palette.

Okay, how ’bout “Tuesday’s Chair”? It’s a long story involving rain and camera woes. I won’t bore you with the details.
Featured are some photos previously taken when my camera liked me. A collage of my treasured fabric collection in a variety of vintage prints and colors. Individually or together as a grouping, one of my favorite accents to any table setting and a staple in so many of my designs. Enjoy!

A more traditional look this week featuring my favorite classic colors: red, navy and tan. You just can’t go wrong and I will always have at least one (okay….probably two) rooms in my home built on this pretty palette. As with last week, these pictures feature a variety of finds- some old, some new, with a splash of DIY handmade goodness. Enjoy!

I LOVE the idea of covering a wall with vintage book pages. This is such a clever alternative to the traditional ways of using paint & fancy wallpaper to create an accent wall or designate the focal point in a room.
The look can completely transform a space and turn an ordinary wall into a conversation piece. Add sentimental impact by using the pages from your favorite novel, romantic poetry, inspirational quotes, or postcards from past travels…….the options are up to you and the story you want to tell.
